Could the copyright and printer details of the original editions, together with the Preface and Introductions published by the committee on translation, or Notes by the translators to the Reader, which were published in the original copies, published in England or in America, together with introduction to the Bibles as originally published, also be provided. At present it is only the text of the Bibles which is in these PDF files, and not the complete Bibles.
