Introduction To The Rabbinic Bible 1867 – Ginsburg
Introduction To The Rabbinic Bible – Ginsburg PDF
We have provided below the Introduction to the Rabbinc Bible (1867) by Christian D. Ginsburg.
It is a book of about 110 pages that gives an introduction to the Hebrew rabbinic Bible. Such an introduction builds upon Jacob b. Chajim Ibn Adonijah’s Introduction to the Rabbinic Bible.
Please be advised, that with all ancient texts, one must be careful and view it together with other editions/reprints (in case some text is lost or unreadable due to age etcetera). However, this does not reduce the pleasure of reading the original and ancient texts!
Please also be advised, that to ensure speedy download and reading, the Bible/book has been embedded (as Adobe pdf) – whilst it is downloading you will see a progress bar. However, before the download completes, if you scroll up or down, during this time, the page WILL look a bit weird. Wait till it downloads and all will be OK.
The Original Bible or book is below:

If you do not see the book on this page it is probably because Google Docs has not loaded it. Please either refresh the page or change the page number and it should start to work.
Index of the book (please forgive any unreadable bits: this index is computer generated from ancient texts):
I have the latest Adobe [Reader] but it is called “Adobe Reader DC”. The document page count
shown on your web page is: [1]. I tried selecting page 48 in the drop-down tool which does show up to: [112] pages and the page was displayed. However, when I manually entered it in the Adobe Reader portion or the page I got an error message telling me “There is no page numbered ’48’ in the document.” It appears that the Adobe Reader DC portion of the page is unable to accept more than one page at a time.
Hi! The issue that you are experiencing is not an Adobe problem. The Bibles on this site are split into 1 page chunks to save on bandwidth. Please see the Download A Bible link above.
