The King James Bible 1789 – PDF.

The first edition of this Bible was published in 1611. One might say it came in 2 variants; one without the Apocrypha and the other with.

This Bible is also called the Authorized Version.

The vast majority of the King James Bibles in print and common use are those that do not contain the Apocrypha.

From 1611, the King James Bible went through many revisions/editions (common changes were spellings, words etcetera).

Here is the KJB 1789 (after the Blayney edition).

Please be advised, that with all ancient texts, one must be careful and view it together with other editions/reprints (in case some text is lost or unreadable due to age etcetera). However, this does not reduce the pleasure of reading the original and ancient texts!
