I just got me one back last December with a beautiful leather cover and came from the King James Bible Museum in Phoenix Arizona and was absolutely beautiful with Pages made from cotton rag just like they did in 1611 completely totally original and I paid $1,000 first I prayed a few months before that I would sure love to have this Bible but I live on Social Security then all of a sudden I got $3,000 praise God

I bought a 1611King James Bible with the apocrypha through Amazon. It is written in old English and a little harder to read, but you’ll be able to understand it well if you have been use to the way s real King James Holy Bible is written. If you understand how to read one with the authority that Jesus actually spoke in, and the apostles followed in his same manner of speech with that authority, you’ll understand the old English that the 1611 King James Bible with the apocrypha what it is saying. If you’re not use to the thees and thous, some said they could not understand it. I personally think everyone knows what a thee and thou is! They need their dictionary if they don’t! So, you can still get one, but how long I don’t know!

The reasons are many, The number one reason is that the “preacher,” either when there is only one preacher or he is the “Lead or Senior pastor,” present themselves as the “bible expert,” i,e, no member of the congregation needs to go any further to “learn” the Bible beyond what the “pastor” preaches. Because they are the “expert,” (Because he went to a seminary or bible college and earned some type of degree(s) ) he will teach you everything that you need to know and that is good enough for you. Most preachers, and I mean 95{5299dab17e5548433dfff9152c34799b7cae913940dfbdb9621acf14fb923d23} of them, have the attitude that “I will teach them what to believe and why they believe it.”
Of course, this arrogance also includes which version of the bible is the “very best” one to use. Since the preacher is the best expert on anything “biblical,” they will tell you why and they use such and such version and defend such and such version. And the preacher is believed based on the false premise that “My preacher would never lie to me or teach something false.”
Before I started to do my own, independent study of Scripture, 24 years ago, I was a die hard KJV ONLY person. Why? Was it because I had come to that conclusion on my own? Or, as was the case, that is what I had been indoctrinated to believe. While the KJV is a decent translation, it is by no means one of the best. Did you know that there are over 50 different English translations of Scripture? And not one translation is identical to any other translation!
Beyond that, I have learned that it is not the words on a page that is the most important thing to know, it is what is the meaning of what was said. I have discovered that every thing in the New Testament has a Jewish context. I strongly suggest that you obtain one or both of these versions of Scripture, 1. The Complete Jewish Study Bible by Rabbi Barry Rubin. 2. The One New Man Bible, by William J Morford. While this one is no longer being published, there are many used copies available. I promise you that you will learn more from either of these two than spending 60 years in one church building,

then clean up the backgrounds and enhance the text (in photoshop)
It’s a bit of work, would you be interested in seeing my finished results?

When there’s a word obliterated by dirt, I have another volume – that was a very “dirty” scan
and did some cut & paste to replace that word.
I also created a log book for each volume – containing every page where I “cut & paste” a word or 2.

KJV 1611 may in fact be referred to as “old English” As languages evolve, the meaning of the phrase “old English” has become synonymous with Shakespeare and 1611 KJV. Its not like philologist and linguists have some kind of credibility to prevent the devolution of languages. What you are referring to as “old English” is the language that needs a new term, you can call it Germanic.

The BLUE LETTER BIBLE that is online has much to study from. One can parallel translations and compare to see where “ALL NEW” Translations have been altered in many ways. NIV for example is missing 60,000 words and many FULL VERSES compared to The King James Bible. (All having to do with questioning and/or ignoring The DIETY of CHRIST THE LORD, HIS SACRIFICE & RESURRECTION, etc.) Even the latest version of NIV is worse than the first! Before my understanding of the the latest translations since the 60s, NASV, NIV, ESV, etc, I got a NASV in 1981, finding brackets and side notes revealing the changes made(which proves that someone thought they were smarter than those who put the Bible together in 1611.) Therefore, it is a GREAT Thing that one would be searching for truth and get the help from those who have some truth to Bless others.

You could then start to look at many of the scrolls etc…

I know it’s late for your class, and I don’t know if you saw this link, but it is an active link to read (and possibly download) the entire Geneva with maps and notes. A few pages are a bit crooked in scanning, but it’s all there. Thanks be to the poster who gave the link to us.

Thank you SO much! I’ve been looking for the copy with notes. And I can read it online, and hopefully download and print it on a larger paper (and bind it) than can probably be had by finding one with the maps and notes. They’re usually smaller than 8-1/2 x 11.

Either way, I love the Geneva with original spelling, got an app for my phone, and my phone died, got a new one.

They apparently don’t seem to offer original spelling Geneva Bible apps anymore, (they “fixed” it and “corrected”/modernized the spelling, and that ruins the Geneva). I was devastated, no it just loss of my notes, but the beloved Geneva itself (but it has no margin notes or maps, does have original spelling), until I found one can restore any purchased app for an iPhone, that’s by going through App Store or iTunes, I forgot which, and going to purchase history and clicking on it and restoring it.

The online reviews for any with maps seem to be too small or bad printing, so I’ll look one last time, and see about printing it off if necessary.

And now I have it in my phone, and can see all the notes and maps. Thank you so much for the link!

PS: Apparently online libraries like archive.org are endangered, some legal attacks to prevent us all from having them. And archive helps us prove pages that have been yanked down and denied ever existing. Let’s do our best to support them. Do you dare to stand against God? God never sends anyone to hell. You have to go around Jesus Christ in order to go to hell. He is standing in the way. We just have to turn to Him. I would not want to stand before a Holy God, after tampering with His Holy Word.

Where did you get the one that you found (Online) which has the first edition of the Black King James VI and I: 1611. I acquired this information from the GOCC studies (The Gathering of Christ Church) which opened up my eyes to the truth disclosed by the book printed by the University of Cambridge. I had it but somehow it disappeared. I have been trying to retrieve it but like you said, it’s hard to locate. I would love to obtain it. Buck Castleberry, What are your sources of what happened with the translators? Who possibly kept track of what dozens did, and whether they joined the RCC or not? As the Church of England was a sort of Protestant group, how do you call them a version of the Roman Catholic Church? Looking for only a few seconds, the considerthis.net Website looks like something I saw recently somewhere that was a challenge to practically ALL that calls itself Christianity, or that uses the name Jesus or even Yahshua, preferring Yahushua as the ONLY valid pronunciation, and that all others are not only false but part of the false religion. I even saw this past week a video with a similar claim, one that connected the Jesus, Yahshua and/or Yeshua (I forget) with the number 666.

If you read this page you should see the most common requests. I am trying to give alternative archive dot org links where possible. But sme like the KJ1611 would need to have an alternative link. As I have blocked access – the links that come back with a 500 error are blockef.

I wanted to share some of the text I re-typed word for word from my Authorized 1611 King James Bible, along with some other important historical facts, which are worthy of the worlds recognition, recollection and contemplation. Allow me to share a gift which is with me, and which I AM giving you free of charge. Caveat Notice is hereby given to the readers, For the Sword is sharp, to wit: Now to Rome.

At the bottom, before the date and the papal lead seal (or bulla), appear the names and signatures of 14 cardinals assembled as witnesses, and the Pope’s own signature or ‘rota’ (a cross inscribed within two concentric circles).

Through the Papal Bull of 1302, the Unam Sanctam, Pope Boniface VIII asserts papal authority over the King, whose power was temporal, using the argument that the office of the Church is more spiritual and thus, divine. He bases his assertion on the idea that papal office was conferred onto Peter by Christ and then passed on to his successors.
In those days, the Church had financial and moral support from the people who believed the priest could save them from hell. And so the kings had no choice but to submit. The Unam Sanctam was never effectively rebutted and stands as law today simply because the people have not rebutted it.
The Unam Sanctam provides the foundation for several other papal decrees that have resulted in the Vatican legally owning the world; yes, literally.
In June of 1452 Pope Nicholas V issued a papal bull called Dum Diversas which relegated “unbelievers” to perpetual slavery, to wit:
“We grant you [Kings of Spain and Portugal] by these present documents, with our Apostolic Authority, full and free permission to invade, search out, capture, and subjugate the Saracens and pagans and any other unbelievers and enemies of Christ wherever they may be, as well as their kingdoms, duchies, counties, principalities, and other property […] and to reduce their persons into perpetual servitude.”
In January 1455, the same Pope wroteRomanus Pontifexas a follow up toDum Diversas allowing Catholic nations to further explore and seize lands and enslave current non- Christian inhabitants.
In May 1493 another papal bull written by Alexander VI, Inter Caetera, decreed that once

a land was seized by a Christian nation, another Christian nation could not seize or establish dominion over it.
Together, the 1452, 1455, and 1493 bulls form the justification for the Doctrine of Discovery and the global slave trade. Vatican explorers were encouraged to take over indigenous lands and enslave the people.
Further, the Doctrine of Discovery became a concept in International Law and was upheld in a series of United States Supreme Court decisions. According to Wikipedia, under the Discovery Doctrine, it states:
“…title to lands lay with the government whose subjects travelled to and occupied a territory whose inhabitants were not subjects of a European Christian monarch.”
Then came the Cestui Que Vie Act of 1666 wherein the Pope declared everyone in the world dead at sea until they could prove otherwise; meanwhile, the Vatican deems itself lawful owner of all the worlds assets under the Global Estate Trust. To this day, inhabitants of the Continental United States are considered legal fictions, as represented by our all capitalized name (i.e. JOHN DOE) on Social Security cards, driver’s licenses, birth certificates, utility bills, etc.
The Vatican has reorganized and now operates as the UNITED NATIONS, INC., and is also the parent company of the UNITED STATES, INC.
Our Imperative
So as you see, we the people of the United States of America absolutely MUST know who we are and assert ourselves under a constitution and form of law that reflects our status as living, conscious physical and spiritual beings, joint heirs of creation. In doing so, we will show the Vatican and Papal authority to be null and void.

I am aware that I, as an American Citizen, have had a declaration of War declared upon me as per the documentary evidence presented in (Silent Weapons For Quiet Wars Operations Research Technical Manual TM-SW7905.1). I am also aware that I have been declared to be “The Public Enemy” by way of the amendment 5b of the Trading with the Enemy Act.

It is not easy to get the Old Testament for such – however, if you use our search and see the different Volumes e.g. 1 etc you should find what we have be able to get till date.

I am the ‘grunt’ so to speak: tackling the unknown words etc., and my wife is the English expert, putting the result in a more correct form. Of course we want to keep the Wycliffe style very apparent, and we are being very blessed throughout the whole process!

My question to you is, where can I get an Old Testament original-writing facsimile PDF like your New Testament? Are you able to do to a Wycliffe Old Testament like as you did the Wycliffe New Testament?

We already have the complete Wycliffe Bible, published in 2009, authorized by the Wesley Center On-Line, and even e-Sword has the Old and New Testament on-line, but we would love to have a PDF of the original text Old Testament, because we want to check these other translations for ourselves.

Robinson’s edition of the Masoretic text is contained in the Online Bible (OLB) produced by Larry Pierce, and if I remember correctly Robinson’s parsings are there too. There are several URLs for it but this is probably as good as any. http://www.onlinebible.org/html/eng/. It is many years since I used the OLB and I cannot remember whether the text is supplied as one file or many, but there are utilities freely available for concatenating multiple files. Robinson is a friend of mine and I can assure you that his erudition is beyond reproach.

I wish I would have read the comments before printing all of the New Testament and most of the Apocrypha….
